Kmitty is a cherished NPC located in the far top right side of Spawn, lounging about on their own personal platform.

Equipment will occasionally roll different values and lines, and this will affect pricing!

On interaction (after completing the quest):

On closing shop: " Come back any time, friend! "

This NPCs shop only unlocks after having completed the necessary questline
