In Soul's Remnant, there are currently 7 element types in the game; Normal, Fire, Ice, Ghost, Metal, Lightning, and Water. Monsters can have one or multiple types. When monsters take damage, that damage is multiplied based on the type chart. Some damaging magical skills have their own type, while most non-magical damaging skills can have their element changed from the Normal type to a different type through the use of charge skills.

The Player's Element Type=
By default, the Player is considered Typeless and will take neutral damage from all Elements. However, if a player uses a charge skill, their type will become the element of that charge. (ie: Ice Charge makes the player become an Ice type). This will effect the damage modifiers of damage taken by the player.
