General Description
Who doesn't love bonus EXP?!
If you or one of your reliable party members can level Faith passive high enough to learn Diving Blessing, it's worth noting that when the In-Game Description says "nearby allies" it means you just have to be in the same map. The "range" is technically infinite!
You should try and be careful about potentially overriding the Diving Blessing of another player as well. A lower level Divine Blessing can and will take the place of a higher level one, so be sure to communicate this type of thing to everyone in the party to maximize those EXP benefits.
In-Game Description
Bless yourself and nearby allies in your party. Increasing their exp gain by 3%(+3.5%/lv) and skill exp gain by 3%(+3%/lv)
