General Description

Does what it says on the tin :P

But really, there isn't much more to say about this skill. It can be a lot of fun to use if you like seeing bigger skills and bigger damage, and you aren't forced into taking Empower if you don't want to.

It's just a nice and effective option to build.

In-Game Description

Empower your next skill, increasing the damage by (20% + 7%/lvl), 60% size. EMpower will have two times the cooldown of the skill it empowered.
